Technical Lead Developer

DViZ Inc. is a United States based startup focused on empowering businesses. We offer a service to identifying, parsing, and automating information about markets, competitors, own business efficacy. We are looking for a lead developer to build automation tools, utilize industry-leading APIs centered on computing, vision, NLP, and AI topics.

Who are we looking for (qualifications)?

  • 8+ years of work experience as a Python Developer and Project Manager (references required).
  • Hands-on experience working with end-to-end Operations and AWS (examples required).
  • Experience with one or more CI/CD tools and microapps.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or IT related field.
  • Possess excellent communication (written and oral) skills in English.

What will you be doing (your role)?

  • Report directly to COO and execute on management vision, occasionally informing board of directors of progress.
  • Lead development of all automation, receiving and designing feature requests from management and customers directly.
  • Utilize and build a team of developers to facilitate Dev Ops, Backend, and Frontend operations.
  • Engage directly with customers to identify opportunities, set expectations, and delegate tasking.

Bonus Skills:

  • International Experience, reporting directly to Western management and customers.
  • Experience communicating directly with customers in a project management role (Agile/Scrum certification).
  • Working experience with containers like Docker.

Jr. Python Developer

DViZ Inc. is a United States based startup focused on empowering businesses. We offer a service to identifying, parsing, and automating information about markets, competitors, own business efficacy. We are looking for a Python developer to build industry-specific (non-consumer) automation tools, utilize industry-leading APIs centered on computing, vision, NLP, and AI topics.

Your role will involve close collaboration with a small development and sales team to prioritize target machine learning concepts to these web scrapers which will be tabulated into a front-end (UI/UX). Given our services and position in the market, you’ll experience a lot about growing a small company with us than anywhere else while you shape our back-end tech usage strategy along with the founding team.

What will you be doing (your tasks):

  • Work on the backend of different modules of a Django based web application.
  • Create python-based tools (such as web scraping) to fetch data from various online sources.
  • Parsing and storing the gathered information and data into databases (SQL).
  • Develop scalable framework for automating and maintaining flow of data from multiple sources.
  • Eventually making crawlers intelligent to categorize the cleaned data into news, trends and quantitative facts & figures.

Who are we looking for (skills required):

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or IT related field.
  • Command of python.
  • Strong knowledge of web scrapping framework like Scrapy or Beautiful Soup.
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools like Selenium.

Bonus Skills:

  • Working knowledge of API integration from Google, Amazon, and/or Microsoft environments.
  • At least 1-year work experience on developing python and python applied to web crawling/scraping.

Copywriter & Content Marketer

DViZ Inc. is a United States based startup focused on empowering businesses. We offer a service to identifying, parsing, and automating information about markets, competitors, own business efficacy. We are looking for a motivated and prolific copywriter & marketeer capable of creating content for a widely diverse client. Activities may range from a blog post on our website, to a detailed product description, to a presentation for prospective customers. This position’s ideal candidate is both curious and creative, as well as capable of writing in a variety of voices and styles.

The person who applies for this position should be a versatile content creating machine who eats, sleeps, and breathes writing and editing. Previous professional writing and marketing experience is preferred. Ideal candidates should also possess some prior agency experience and/or corporate marketing background.

Required Skills:

  • Have a blog or portfolio that provides vivid examples of their writing style and skillset.
  • Be familiar with writing content such as websites, blog posts, case studies etc.
  • Maintain a steady presence on social media (i.e., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc.).
  • Have a working knowledge of digital marketing strategies and SEO best practices.
  • Enjoy juggling a variety of projects, on a variety of different subjects, across a variety of different Tech-based Companies.
  • Be a player who is able to work with a deadline.
  • Have the ability to multi-task, self-manage, prioritize and communicate throughout the process.
  • Possess an eye for detail, not only in proofing for grammar/spelling but also for readability, style, and tone.
  • Develop, write and deliver persuasive copy for the website and blogs
  • Build and run an editorial calendar; coordinate with other content crafters to ensure standards
  • Optimize all content for SEO to better reach
  • Measure impact and perform analysis to improve critical metrics.

  • 2-3 years of working as a content marketer & Copywriter
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, linguistics, or related field (Master’s degree, a plus)
